This show , is possibly the best that i've ever seen , it's captivating me even after i finished it ages ago , nowadays we only get those "Realistic" , "Mature" animes , but there are times when you want to see ....Stupid men who laugh in the face of death , shaken by nothing , which always succeeds in exceeding your expectations , let's start our review , shall we?


==Story(9)==


The story starts with our 2 main characters , Simon and Kamina , who live in an underground city , one of many others , but one day , it got attacked by an unknown mecha-like being , then in the midst of confusion , simon managed to find something deep underground , the story goes from there , it's honestly hard to describe the story without spoiling anything , but i have a tip for you guys who wants to watch this series , "Go beyond the impossible and kick the logic to the corner" (Kamina). so , turn off your brain , then you will understand what this series is about.


PS: You'll cry your asses of at the ending.


==Art(10)==


For an anime of it's time , it's animation is absolutely splendid , the last couple of episodes were so good that it would put the newest ghibli films to shame , can't say anything else about the animation and art .


==Character Development(11?)==


This , ladies and gentlemen , is what makes this series a masterpiece in my heart , the character development is , if i dare say , the best out of all the animes that i ever , and possibly will watch, no single character seems like a cameo , all of them feels equally important , especially simon , from a nobody from an unknown village to the savior of the universe , swinging galaxies , Probably the only anime that made me cry manly tears from the sheer epicness of the characters.



==Sounds(10)==


The sounds for TTGL is indeed one of the best , the endings lyrics were stuck in my head even till now , a year since i watched it , it's one of the best osts out there .

==Enjoyment (Do u even have to ask?)==

This anime changed my life a little , changed my mindset about life , it's quotes and speeches became one with my soul , one of my favourite lines was "Logic was not important. The strategy was not important. If you believe in the impossible, impossible would be nothing in front of you"


Truly a masterpiece without a doubt , and i will treasure this series in my whole life , and with that i end this review , mudlar out~
